One to One Coaching

Rachael draws on a variety of experiences to deliver a more integrated coaching approach to well-being and life. She combines her knowledge and experience of health behaviour change, mindfulness, stress management and leadership to support her client’s personal growth and development. 

Simply put this unique coaching approach to life, work and performance adopts a whole-person philosophy encompassing four dimensions of energy management – physical (body), mental (mind), emotional (sensations) and spiritual (purpose).

Together she works with her clients to develop a growth mindset and deepen their self-awareness towards leading a life that is healthy and meaningful.
