booking POLICy:

If you would like book in to one of our classes please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately we cannot accept walk in clients as we need to plan our classes and timetable in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice period for your pre-booked class. In the event that you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your class or do not show up for a class, we will charge you the amount equivalent to your intended class or deduct one class from your pre-paid package if applicable. 

Health & safety:

In order to become a student or client of momentai we will require you to fill out and sign a student/client intake form.  Please read the terms and conditions carefully before signing and agreeing to our services.

In the unlikely event that your child may suffer a bump or accident in one of our classes we will notify a parent or guardian. We will not be held liable for fun activities that children are exposed to (within reason) such as little bumps and bruises through play, jumping around and generally being free to be a child!
